What if the product doesn’t fit me?

No problem! We will exchange the product if it doesn’t fit you properly. Contact us at support@vmakecustom.com.

What if the product is defective?

All our products pass through quality checks before we dispatch them. In case of any defect, just send us an image of the defective product, with unboxing video of the shipment received at support@vmakecustom.com and we will replace it promptly.

Is paying online secure?

We use PayTM, Razorpay, and Sezzle as our payment gateways, which are widely used and among the best in India for online transactions.

How will I know if the product is shipped?

We send regular updates via email and SMS regarding the product delivery.

All disputes are subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only.
